At Monster Neons, we are committed to delivering premium-quality custom LED neon signs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Because each sign is made specifically to your requirements, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Orders & Non-Refundable Products

All Monster Neons signs are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are considered final sale.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your sign arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
