Monster Neons specializes in custom LED neon signs and illuminated displays. When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate design details, including text, colors, dimensions, fonts, logos, and customization preferences.
We make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, and specifications. However, actual colors and appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing variations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production begins. Once approved, Monster Neons is not responsible for customer-approved errors.
We reserve the right to refuse any design request that violates intellectual property rights, contains unlawful content, promotes hate speech, or otherwise conflicts with our policies.
Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation. It is your responsibility to review all order details and notify us of any discrepancies before production begins.
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods available during checkout.
Applicable sales taxes may be charged based on your shipping destination and local regulations.
Production typically requires 5–15 business days, depending on design complexity, order volume, and material availability.
We offer worldwide shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge.
Standard shipping generally takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination and shipping method selected.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Orders may be canceled within:
4 hours of placing a standard order
1 hour of placing a rush order
After this period, production may have begun and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Because all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Refunds are only available for eligible cancellations made within the cancellation period outlined above.
Exchanges are available only for:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect production
Shipping damage
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
All content on the Monster Neons website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By submitting logos, artwork, designs, or images, you confirm that you own or have permission to use such materials and that they do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Customers assume full responsibility for any intellectual property claims arising from submitted content.
